Despite being a double UMD monster (theoretically about 2.4 to 3.2GB, depending on what you read) the upcoming Final Fantasy Type-0 game is being made available as a digital download. So, time to clean off that old 4GB MemoryStick you had lurking around. Have you tried the Type-0 demo yet? Well worth a shot.
UPDATE: The game got a great review in Famitsu, looks like the real deal!
Aside from making the game playable on the PS Vita (assuming the cross format compatibility holds-up), it will save Japanese gamers 1,500yen but does rather take the gloss off the lovely limited edition version. Of course, there's no guarantee that the west will get a digital release, whenever the game releases over here.
