Galaxy of Fire 2 now free on Xperia Play

Sony (no longer Ericsson) keeps pulling out sweet little deals to keep Xperia Play owners happy,. The latest being Galaxy of Fire 2 free for the rest of the year with an exclusive mission pack, called Valkyrie, available just for them.



It used to sell for £2.99, and the Valkyrie add-on (among other in-game purchases) offers:

• New storyline complete with English voiceover
• New Vossk and Deep Science spaceships
• New weapons and equipment, including guided missiles, mines, auto-turrets, repair robots and shields
• Black market trading system
• Nine new planets in four new star systems
• Kaamo Club – The player’s very own space station
